Our specialty is meat cooked over a wood fire. Depending on the season, we crick it in our fireplace or on our panoramic terrace with a view to the Dents du Midi. In the warm atmosphere of Le Vieux Chalet, we welcome you with a smile and share our love for good products and our taste for cuisine that is as simple as it is tasty.

- Open 7 days a week from 11:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Summer and winter season outside school holidays
- Open Tuesday evening to Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. then from 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Our flagship dishes are wood-fired grills such as prime rib, Châteaubriand, rack of lamb, slice of pork or entrecote. Salads and stews complete the menu without forgetting the essential Valais specialties such as fondue, cheese and charcuterie.
